All teachers in a building are part of a team relating to their subject/content/grade level. Additionally, teachers with no natural team in the building (i.e. specials teacher) are part of content specific regional teams under a Regional Senior Team Lead. |

All Senior Team Leads receive robust on-going training in coaching models (directive, facilitative, and transformational), adult learning theory, and district evaluation rubrics. Training includes both theory and practical application. Senior Team Leads are part of a Professional Learning Network which meets once per month. |
